After confirming the addition of a sub-user using SMS/OTP, you’ll be transferred to the Activate Sub-User step.
After clicking on the checkbox, there will be options to activate a sub-user:
The “ACTIVATE” button - proceed to the activation step,
The “ACTIVATE LATER” button - to temporarily skip the activation step (the sub-user will be added but not activated). If a sub-user was added but not activated, or if the sub-user has been deactivated for any reason, the sub-user can still be activated later on.
To activate the sub-user that was created in the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter the verification code sent to the Email address associated with the account. If you don’t get the verification code, the “resend” option becomes available after 2 minutes so you can request a new verification code.
Please note, that the verification code sent to the registered email address expires after 5 minutes. If you are not able to input the code within that time, you will need to request a new verification code.
After the activation is complete, you will get a pop-up notifying you that the sub-user was successfully added.
Activation of inactive sub-user.
To activate an inactive sub-user, press the "ACTIVATE" button next to the sub-user you want to activate.
Once you press to activate, you will receive a pop-up window with information regarding the sub-user and two options:
ACTIVATE - will open the 2FA confirmation pop-up window, where you need to confirm sub-user activation via 2FA.
ACTIVATE LATER - this will close the pop-up window.
To activate the sub-user that was created in the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, you will need to enter the verification code sent to the Email address associated with the account. After the sub-user is activated, you will get a pop-up message notifying you it was successful.
