Whitelisted Crypto Addresses feature was implemented to make usage of External Crypto Withdrawals from the CEX.IO Prime Liquidity platform even more secure. Namely, the CEX.IO Prime Liquidity platform allows withdrawals only to crypto addresses, which are previously whitelisted by the Client.

Please pay attention: Whitelisted Addresses are available to Account Owner and sub-users with Funds External permission. Follow this article to check how to set different permission levels for each sub-user.
Where Client can find all Whitelisted (Crypto) Addresses?
Client can find all his whitelisted crypto addresses in the Whitelisted Addresses section on the Settings page.
What information Client can obtain from the Whitelisted Crypto Addresses section?
The search bar helps you to filter the crypto whitelisted addresses by Assets, Blockchains, Crypto addresses, and Comments.
Here is more information about these parameters:
Date - is a date when a specific crypto address had been whitelisted;
Assets - a list of assets that can be withdrawn to a specific crypto address via a selected blockchain;
Blockchains - specific blockchain\blockchains via which indicated assets can be withdrawn to a specific crypto address;
Crypto Address - whitelisted crypto address allowed for external crypto withdrawal;
Comment - unique comment which helps the Client to identify a certain address.
+ ADD ADDRESS button will show a tip on how a new crypto address can be whitelisted for withdrawals: "Please contact your account manager to whitelist new address".
