To initiate Withdraw from CEX.IO Prime Liquidity you need to click on the WITHDRAW button in the top left corner of the Accounts page or you can initiate Withdraw using WITHDRAW buttons located next to the currencies.
For your ease of use, you can additionally initiate Withdraw on the Trade page using the WITHDRAW button in the new order creation widget.

Let's take a look at how to proceed with the withdrawal process:
1. Press the WITHDRAW button on the top left corner of the Accounts page. The pop-up window with the following information will be displayed:
Assets - list of currencies, available for withdrawal;
Account Balance - the current balance of assets on chosen CEX.IO Prime Liquidity account;
CEX.IO Wallet - the balance of the respective currency on the Client's CEX.IO account.
In this window, you should select the asset (currency) you wish to withdraw from your CEX.IO Prime Liquidity account and click the "NEXT" button.
2. Please pay attention, that in case you click on the WITHDRAW button next to the currencies you skip the currencies selection step.
Once you've chosen the currency you wish to withdraw, the next pop-up window will appear, where you can choose the destination for your withdrawal:
External Crypto Transfer (available for crypto assets);
CEX.IO Wallet;
CEX.IO Prime Liquidity Portfolio.
In the next step you should choose the following options:
CEX.IO Prime Liquidity Account, from which you wish to withdraw your funds;
Account, to which you wish to withdraw your funds (in case you wish to make a withdrawal to CEX.IO Prime Liquidity Portfolio);
The amount of the withdrawal (can be set by indicating the exact amount, or choosing the percentage of the CEX.IO Prime Liquidity account balance, from which the withdrawal will be made).
On the bottom, Fee, Limit for withdrawal, and Processing time are displayed.
After setting the withdrawal configuration you should click on WITHDRAW button, after which the Withdrawal confirmation pop-up appears.
Please click the WITHDRAW button to confirm the transaction parameters, after which a successful notification pop-up should appear.
