External Crypto Withdrawals feature allows initiating crypto withdrawal directly from the CEX.IO Prime Liquidity platform and makes this process even easier for the Client.
Thus, from now there is no need to manually perform 2 different transactions (from CEX.IO Prime Liquidity to CEX.IO Wallet and further from CEX.IO Wallet to external crypto Address) and no need to switch between CEX.IO Prime Liquidity and CEX.IO platforms. All the necessary information and functionality are now available via the CEX.IO Prime Liquidity platform.
Please pay attention: For security reasons, external crypto withdrawals are allowed only to whitelisted addresses by the account owner or sub-user with Funds External permission with enabled 2FA.
Check out the articles Whitelisted crypto addresses and Sub-users Management on how to fulfill necessary requirements.

2. Withdrawal from CEX.IO Wallet account to external crypto address - should indicate direction “Withdraw” and payment instrument “Crypto”.
This section contains information about the last updated time of the transaction, transaction ID, direction, currency, amount, used payment instrument, and current status of transactions. More detailed information is also available if clicked upon a specific transaction.
